Sometimes the bluetooth of different devices will simply refuse to pair, it's an old, known problem to which there is no fix.
Just use another older phone.

SOURCE: I have a new phone nokia 6303 and tried pairing

you need to go to settings / paired devices / delete any old phones that are still stored as the parrot will only allow 5 paired devices. then try again. You may want to check your software and if your software is over 12 months old it will be a good idea to update your parrot, try parrot.com/support for more.

SOURCE: pairing a Parrot CK3100 to Iphone 3GS

My iPhone 3G is now connected. Did 3 things:

1. Deleted every existing paired device on the Parrot CK3100.

2. Pressed all 3 buttons at once. Parrot CK3100 screen lit up and buttons lit up after about 5 secs. Turned car engine off. Parrot switched off. Turned car on again.

3. Went to settings, advanced settings, pair device (and also switched on iPhone bluetooth) and tapped Parrot CK3100 on the iPhone screen (which had now appeared) - phone connected.

After about a minute sync iPhone phonebook appeared on Parrot.

Hope this is helpful.

When i try to pair with my galaxy tab s through bluetooth the tab goes through the process of connecting but doesnt pair however my galaxy s5 phone pairs immeditely ?

  • Your issue is that you can only connect one mobile or tab to a blue tooth.
  • It only accepts one device at a time.
  • You need to connect one to your blue tooth in your vehicle and try something like a blue tooth pill or blue tooth speaker.
  • I have had this problem with my Parrot car kit.
  • Hope this helps. Russell

Will not connect to phone

Try deleting all paired devices first, Menu / settings / paired devices. The remove the battery from your mobile phone for ten seconds. Then try pairing again, this should do the trick, if not the parrot may need a software update.

I have bought a car with parrot installed but cannot connect to my phone - keeps saying password doesn't match???? What password is this? Just keeps saying 'please pair device'

search for bluetooth devices on your phone (pairing mode this is called sometimes). Select the parrot unit when you phone finds it and displays it on your phones screen. Then use the password 0000 or 1234 to complete pairing.

How do i pair my ck3000 to my phone it keeps saying pair up

Try sending an MP3 to the Parrot kit. I couldn't even get the Parrot BT in my car to ask for the BT password numbers but found out to try sending an MP3, which will fail by the way, and it asked for the password finally.

There was an error in my case, but then the phone asked to connect to the Parrot again and the pairing worked.

There is an issue with newer Nokia phones, something I will be thinking about next phone upgrade.
