My blackberry Q10 has stopped working because somehow the password has been keyed in more than 10 times. The error message bberror.com/bb10-0015 appears. How do I get this re-booted again? Thanks H Ro

The easiest way is to connect your blackberry to your computer and using the blackberry desktop app you can tell the phone to reset and reinstall the operating system.

That my friend is a fatal file system error. The only way you will get around that error is to reinstall the Blackberry 10 OS (operating system). If that doesn't work you'll need to take it back to your place of purchase.

You corrupted the file system by removing the battery while it was resetting. Only the manufacturer can restore the boot partition.
