There may be a pressure setting on your outfit but My feeling is -- your problem will be low pressure on your water line. Most pressure settings is to keep from having too much pressure on what your running. For instance our city water pressure is 70 lbs but in order to keep my furnace boiler system at 16 lbs I have to install a pressure reducer.

Water pump says we have 50 pounds pressure but very little water flow

Don't trust the gauge all the time. It may be stuck at 50 psi. Are there any in-line filters restricting flow, softeners or iron filters that may be restricting flow. Bypass any system and check flow rate.
Check outside spigots for water flow. There could be a problem with volume from well also.

What should the pressures on the low and high side of the air conditioner read ?

low side should be about 30 psi at idle speed, high side 120 to 180 psi depending on ambient temp. higher temp, = higher pressure, as you increase engine rpm to say 1000 low side should drop to 10 to 15 psi & high side should increase about 30 psi. If high side goes over 280- 300psi you have contamination (air) in system or over charged with refrigerant. you will need to recover freon, evacuate & recharge system with proper amount of refrigerant. If the low side drops below 0psi or into vacuum then the refrigerant level is low, you will have to check for leaks , repair leaks & refill refrigerant.
Hope this helps

Hey, I just had a Flotec Series FP4300 installed for my well and the manual says that it should go to 50psi and turn off, but the pressure gauge stays at 30psi and does not go any higher so it just keeps...

Maybe your check valve is letting water go back down the well.

Troubleshooting steps pg 13 in manual list several things.
Check air valve for leaks.
Flowtec has a customer service number:
1-800-365-6832

The manual says: "Your new pump has a 30/50 PSI
switch, so adjust the tank pre-charge pressure to 28 PSI.:
But the manual does not say or show how to adjust pre-charge pressure.
The 30/50PSI means the pump turns on when pressure falls to 30, and then runs until pressure rises to to 50. So the switch is preset and not adjustable.

Pressure switch

Remove cap from pressure switch (small nut on top). You will see 3 threaded studs with springs held down by nuts at the end opposite from wired connections. Avoid wired connections with tools and fingers! The center sprung nut adjusts the ON AND OFF pressure settings. Clockwise (tightening down on spring) increases the pressure setting. One of the outside springs controls nothing - note that it has no connection to the switch moving parts. The other one adjusts the OFF setting. So adjust the center one until the ON pressure is 30 psi and then adjust the OFF setting until the pump cuts out at 50 psi. If you have an expansion tank, set this to 2 psi below the OFF setting. (If you have manual for the pump, check the pressure settings in the tables given for your pump.)
If this isn't what you need, please post more info!

Flotec pump model FP 4112-08 will not pump over 35 psi

If it stops pumping at 35psi you need a new pressure switch. If it just continues to run but doesn't build more pressure the problem is more likely a plugged point or air getting in due to the water table dropping.

How do you adjust the water pressure on a flotec fp4012-10 water pump?

You can not adjust the 'water pressure' the pump delivers but you can regulate the flow by installing a valve on the pump discharge and then partially closing it to reduce flow and increase pressure.
