On a Camera the letter S generally represents Shutter Priority. A function that allows the operator to manually choose the shutter speed while keeping the other camera settings on auto.

I have a fujifilm hs20 and when I try to access the self timing function, macro or flash buttons a symbol with a lock and 'on' is displayed. How do I get rid of it so I can access these functions?


One of the back buttons serves as a lock button to protect against accidental pressing. Find out which one by holding then one by one for a few seconds until you see the unlock symbol appear.

Get rid of comma,


To switch the radix mark between the US and European modes, turn the calculator on, then press and release SHIFT, then press and release the decimal point key. You'll note that the shifted function of the key is marked "./," which should serve as a reminder that this functions switches between comma and dot.
