You need to check battery to see if the battery has correct voltage. Their should be on the battery the number for voltage of battery if battery is not at suggested voltage then check for tablet with voltage meter to see if the tablet is charging at correct voltage. If battery is at correct voltage then something is wrong with tablet. If battery is not at correct voltage then probably battery is bad. Let me know for further assistance

I bought an M9100 last year as well...had them replace it twice...last with an M9200. I have found over time, that most of these 'cheap' tablets are not worth the money if they work!! Junk out of the box!! I am pretty sure I would not replace the screens. If you want to, google replace screen on Kocaso m9100. I bought a google Nexus 7 2013 a few months ago to replace the 9200...could not be happier, especially since they upgraded Kitkat to Lollipop this week!!
