How do I get my email addresses off of a blacklist?

I was trying to sign up at a website and my Gmail address was rejected by a service called SendReach. It indicated that the address is on a blacklist of spammers. I tried again with my Yahoo email and got the same message. Then the other day I sent an email to another person's Yahoo address (from my Gmail) and it was rejected by Yahoo's spam filter. Both are personal emails - I don't use lists of any kind. Why would I get flagged as spam? And how can I get unflagged?

Firstly, change your password on both accounts, as both accounts may be compromised, secondly run a virus/malware scan on all your devices that you use to access these accounts (avast for virus scan, unless you already have an up to date anti virus installed. Malware bytes for Malware and maybe a scan with super anti spyware wouldn't go amiss). After you have done all of this then you can start looking into why your accounts are flagged as spam. It could be the IP address that your Internet provider has given you has previously been flagged as a spamming IP Address, try turning your router off for about 20 minutes so when you turn it back on you get a new IP address and try again then. As an individual user there is not much more you can do apart from contacting google and Yahoo, they both have forms online (a little tricky to find) that you can fill in to ask to be removed from the blacklist. It may be prudent to have a look at the goole terms for bulk sending as well to make sure you are not falling fowl of googles t&c's. Hope that helps.

SOURCE: I sent money to the wrong email address. I have

to be honest i have no idea as i will not send cash via internet but prefer to use a cheque by post or straight into a bank account ,only suggestion i can make is to pay a visit with a pick axe handle .This always works for me when non payers abound ,make sure no visitors and cut any phone cables also use a high powered CB radio boots of around 500watts and key up with a whistle noise and this will blank out mobile phone signals with a 100ft range of so .another less violent way is to sit them in a chair with wooden floorboards and then some nails and a big hammer then bang a nail onto the floor next to their feet .the disputed amount soon appears from nowhere .

Change my email address for g mail

To change your email address for Gmail, you will need to create a new Gmail account with your new email address and migrate your old data to the new account. Here are the steps to do this:
  1. Create a new Gmail account: Go to the Gmail website and click the "Create account" button. Follow the prompts to create a new account with your new email address.
  2. Sign in to your old Gmail account: Sign in to your old Gmail account using your current email address and password.
  3. Forward all future email: Go to the settings gear icon on the top right corner and select "See all settings" then select the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab. Under "Forwarding" add your new email address, select "Forward a copy of incoming mail" and click on "Save Changes"
  4. Download your old email: Go to the settings gear icon on the top right corner and select "See all settings" then select the "Accounts and Import" tab. Under "Import mail and contacts" click on "Import mail and contacts" and follow the prompts to import your old email into your new account.
  5. Notify your contacts: Send an email to all of your contacts to let them know your new email address.
  6. Log out of your old account: After you've completed these steps, log out of your old Gmail account.
It's important to keep in mind that changing your email address may affect your access to other Google services such as Google Drive, Calendar and YouTube, you may need to update your email address on those services as well.

I want to get on to e.mail but they keep rejecting my e m address and password

who is your email service provider?
Gmail, Webmail, Hotmail, etc.
Are you trying to create an email address?
OR
Are you trying to access an existing email address of yours?

If you are trying to create an email address, then perhaps someone's already using the address you've chosen, choose something else..
It could be that your password is not "strong enough".. ensure that you choose a password that contains uppercase, lowercase, symbols, & numbers, and is at least 8 characters in length
e.g; Sm00th-Op3R@t0r

If you are trying to access an existing email address, most email service providers provide username and/or password retrieval facilities.. E.g; for google sign in issues: click here->

How do I add another Gmail address to my computer?

Hi Richard
following is a cut & past information from Google and I hope it helps in your quest.

Adding Gmail

If you add Gmail to your Google Account, your account's primary username will permanently change to yourusername@gmail.com.
After you add Gmail, the original email address associated with your account will become your alternate email address. If you have verified your original email address before adding Gmail, you will be able to sign in using this email address.

Adding Gmail to an existing Google Account
  1. Go to mail.google.com.
  2. Click Sign up for Gmail.
  3. At the top of the page, click If you already have a Google Account, you can sign in here. You'll be redirected to a sign-in page.
  4. Use your existing Google Account username and password to sign in. On the next page, you'll see a shortened Gmail sign-up form where you can choose your Gmail username
I hope this helps.

Why am I having problems signing into my GMAIL account? Please see the error message below

This problem should be addressed by Gmail. It could be anything from something running on your computer/browser to an internal issue on their server. The customer service team at Gmail would be more then happy to help find the problem with you. I wish I could help more but I am a casual user of their mail services like you.

Always sign into any e-mail site your using directly from their web address in this case: www.gmail.com if at all possible.

When in doubt, just type the name of the site directly or use trusted favorites/bookmark links you have saved. If you are already doing this then Gmail Customer Service will need to help you further.

Facebook won't accept my name

Facebook is a social network website where people can interact with their friends online. Users can share what they're doing or thinking, and they can share links and videos and comment on things their friends share.
But the rule is that you have to be yourself and use your own name.
In trying to verify such things, the computer verification system inevitably makes mistakes, so it might have made a mistake if it rejected the name you tried to use.
Facebook Name Standards

Facebook wants people to be themselves and not pretend to be someone else, so it requires users to use their real first and last names when they sign up for a Facebook personal profile.
This means that you can't pretend to be your friend Joe, you can't sign up for a Facebook account under your pet's name, you can't use a name you use in a video game or the name of a movie character.
Also, couples are not supposed to sign up for a single account using both their names. Names can be rejected if they contain symbols, numerals or punctuation, or are capitalized in an unusual way.
You also shouldn't include a title such as Mr. or Dr.
You can add a nickname or maiden name in place of a middle name because Facebook realizes people are sometimes known under different names for legitimate reasons.

Email Address Problems

To keep people from signing up for more than one personal profile, Facebook won't let you sign up for two Facebook accounts using the same email address.
If you find there is already a Facebook account associated with your email address, ask to have the password sent to you and verify whether it's your account and you just forgot you set it up.
Also, make sure you type the address in the correct format.
It needs to have an @ sign and a complete domain name; "@gmail" is not correct, but instead should be "@gmail.com" for example.
If your email address begins with "info" or "webmaster" Facebook may assume this is a generic address for an organization and not an individual.
How to Protest

If you are convinced you are trying to use a name that is allowed and still getting rejected, you can fill out the Facebook "Name Rejected" form (facebook.com/help/reg.php?show form=name rejected).
Remember also that you have to be 13 years of age or older to be a Facebook member.
The form asks for your date of birth, so that could trigger a rejection also if you are too young.
Other Options

If you are associated with a business, a brand or an event, you can create a Facebook Page (also sometimes called a Fan Page or a Business Page).
You can do this at Facebook's Create a Page section (facebook.com/pages/create.php) to represent a business, place, company, organization, brand or product, artist, band, public figure, some form of entertainment, cause or community.
You can also create a group at the Groups page (facebook.com/groups).
These are options to let you interact on Facebook if you represent something that is not an individual person.
If your Facebook profile is still unavailable after many days, then send an email to
[email protected],

[email protected] or
[email protected] and explain them the issue.
http://www.facebook.com/help/?page=121467344601554
Once you send them an email, your account will be available again soon.

Can i setup local email address , then go offline , then recieve a file there ?

Hello Sir,
FORMAT of EMAIL:Email addresses follow a uniform format. Every email address must have a local-part followed by the @ sign and end with the domain part. The domain portion of the email address (the part after the @ sign) is usually the name of website offering the email service. For instance, if you are using one of a free service such as Gmail or Hotmail, then the domain portion would be the domain name of the website (@gmail.com or @hotmail.com). For companies or individuals with their own domain and/or website the domain part of the email address is usually the company's name followed by .com or .net.

You can Create Email for Free If you have your own Web address. Then there may have Email account such as Company Domain.
Hope this make you better...Thanks for Contacting FixYa...
