If you created a Google account when you were setting up the phone you can sign in with your google credentials. If you had not created a Google account then you would have to do a Factory Reset on the phone, you can do this by:

Turn off the phone and take out the battery, reinsert the battery into the phone and hold down the volume up button, home button and the power button for 10 seconds or until the Android System Recover Menu appears.
Use the volume down button to navigate to the "wipe data/factory reset" option then press the menu button, another menu will appear to confirm that you want to wipe your data, use the volume down button to navigate to "Yes" and press the menu button. (Be warned all data will be erased from the phone)

Then reboot the phone from the menu options.

NB. Make sure the device isn't connected to power through the usb.

Contact your service provider to get a master reset code at free of cost....You can also visit http://www.unlock-zone.com/ and can see different options there to get unlock code for a price. do a factory reset by turning your phone off then you hold the power button and volume down button together until you see a little android that means it factory reset
