I deleted software after it wouldn't work. I tried to reinstall. Software still in machine but won't reinstall over old software.No icons now. won't see it either.

Do you use Time Machine?
If so you you can go into time machine to the time you had old firmware and reinstall from there. Or do you still have old firmware? if so delete new and reinstall old. If you have clean my mac it will find anything on your mac that is associated with new software when you delete that might cause you problems.

very simple , if you have just deleted/unistalled a software which locks/password protects the system then you must reinstall it . Secondly you make sure you unchecked all the software functioning options inside when you open it now . Lastly try unlocking the system using the same software given capability to unlock if there is one (try several times if it doesnt work the first time), if it doesnt work then try unistalling the software again manually reinstall option given by the software and not through the control panel ,So then restarting the system and then see if its unlocked now.

If you're concerned about security of your data. Remove the drive from the machine and attach it to an adapter and run a drive wiper software. CCleaner is free. Then reinstall the drive in the machine and use the disks that came with the machine to reinstall the software.

If data isn't sensitive, just use the disks and follow the instructions to reinstall the software. Once that is done find the windows.old file and delete it.

Double check the settings first. See procedure below:

1. Go to your PC's Print dialog box and click on Properties. 2. Click on the Printing Shortcuts tab, and select Two-sided (Duplex) Printing from the drop-down menu.
3. Select Automatic from the Print on both sides drop-down menu. See pic below:

try to uninstall your printer software, and reinstall and see if it fixes the problem.

Be sure to delete the printer from your printers list after uninstalling the software. It may be gone after uninstalling the software.

When its gone, and the software is uninstalled, restart your machine, and reinstall the software and see if it fixes the problem.

There printer driver is corrupted and just set up again new printer to prints fine again and set it as default printer. Delete the old printer icon.

Also, try to uninstall and reinstall the printer software and set up again new printer if the the first solution does not work.

The main LG PC suite screen is flawed and doesnt work for anyone, right click the sys tray icon next to the OS clock and access contents through that method, its the only way to get into it.
