there was a lot of chance if you use LogoManager Pro Suite, this can easily reveal your unlock code.
just install LogoManager Pro Suite and connect you phone by cable (recommended).
bluetooth and IrDa (infrared) doesnt work for me.

if you dont care about to lose your settings, just flash it or format it.
to flash this, please make sure nokia pc suite for your e63 is installed with driver, then
connect the phone to your pc by cable, open the nokia pc suite and backup your stuff.
after that, update/upgrade your phone software (this process using internet connectivity)
when the process finnished, restart your phone (turn it off and turn it on again).
i guarantee that you will get a fresh one with unlock code 12345.
*there was no use if you find the mastercode by using IMEI OR calculating your IMEI by using IMEI calculator
