SGH E251 phone keeps rebooting every 10 seconds

Have you dropped your phone on the floor?
if yes then you have dameged the sim terminals.

try to turn on without a sim or memory card.
if it turns on then try with another sim,
then try the memory card, if still problem persist you need to take it to a service centre.
i wont recommend samsung showroom. it will take more time.
