When a red LED is flashing, it most of the time indicates the TV has a defect. Most of the time it is a power related issue. Don't think it is the power supply, because there are lots of other parts involved with correct power on lots and lots of different places.
Just ask a technician if it is worth repairing your TV.
Testimonial: "technician didn't even want to look at it. it is not the power supply board. it has been tested."
That is a known issue with the Panasonic plasma TV's, the flashing red light is a diagnostic light, you might hame issues with the internal power supply board.

It is what I already tried to explain. It most likely is not the power supply, but one of the circuits is not getting the power it supposed to get. If your technician, could not find the real issue, how do you think we could find it, without having the TV here? You have to consider if it is worth repairing the one you have, or for almost the same money a repair costs, buy a new one. Up to you
