SOURCE: lap top will not power on

There are a few things that can cause this. Start by removing the battery and starting on AC only. Then remove the memory and try each chip separately. If these aren't the problem, then I'm afraid the power management system or another component on the motherboard may have failed. You will need to take it in for a professional diagnostics.

Ryobi 18V Battery green lights stay on, fully charged, won't power drill

Seems batteries have completed their normal life and require replacement. Keep in mind that when batteries are exhausted, their voltage remain normal but loose current. It seems that batteries do not sustain current i.e. have become un usable.

Why red charge light keeps blinking?

Is your battery a LiPo (Lithium?) If so ... These special batteries are charged by a computer circuit that holds the charge amperage constant and adjust upward the charging voltage until the required battery voltage is reached. At this time the charger hold a constant voltage and decreases the amperage as the battery capacity is "topped off". the charger circuit charges the entire battery at once but monitors each cell (cells are about 3.7 volts each) and controls the charge so that all the cells are ballanced.

When one of the cells that makes up the battery starts to go bad, the ballance circuitry prevents over charging the others, so one weak cell hold all the cells back from full charge and better charger circuits will signal you with an led or such that the battery is' going' bad.

I was having trouble with the "low battery"

If you used a voltage 3 times the required voltage then you have probably damaged the camera beyond repair. There may be a protection fuse on the circuit board inside but locating and fixing this would require an experienced electronics technician. i wouldn't hold out too much hope of getting this camera repaired.

I have nokia 6120c charging shows but not store on battery even i changed new battery please help!

You will need to check your adapter and also the voltage that comes to the battery at the charging terminals while the adapter is plugged on.
Since your new batteries are also not charging it is possible there is fault in the charger for not providing the sufficient voltage/current to the battery.
Finally it is possible that there are errors in the main board - charging circuit that prevents the desired levels of voltage required for charging.

Lap top problem

Hi

If the AC power light is blinking, try the following steps:

1 Cut off power to the computer by disconnecting the AC adaptor and removing the battery. The error condition will be interrupted, and the AC power light will stop flashing.

2 Put the battery back into the computer. Do not connect the AC adaptor. Try turning the computer on again. If the computer starts normally, the AC adaptor may be
defective and will need to be replaced. If the AC power light starts flashing, remove the battery, and continue with the steps below.

3 Connect the AC adaptor to the computer. Leave the battery out of the computer. Try turning the computer on again. If the computer starts normally, the battery may need charging, may be depleted, or may be defective. Turn the computer on, insert the battery, and then leave the computer running for several hours, which will deliver a slow, steady “trickle-charge” to the battery. Once the battery has been trickle-charged, it may begin working correctly again. If the trickle-charging does not prove effective, consider replacing the battery with a new one.

4 Connect the AC adaptor to a different power outlet, preferably in a different room. If the computer starts normally, there may be a problem with the AC outlet itself, or the voltage level available from it.

5 Verify that the AC adaptor is the correct unit for your computer model. The computer may not be able to start from an AC adaptor that is rated for less current (amperage) than the computer requires, even if the rated voltage is correct, and the plug fits correctly in the DC-IN socket. The labels on the bottom of the computer and the AC adaptor show the specifications for voltage ("V") and current ("A") for each device. The voltage level must match exactly. The amperage rating of the AC adaptor must be equal to or greater than that required by the computer

Mike
