I left my email open when I shut down my computer. How can I get my email back?

Open another email account with someone like yahoo or google. Find outlook express on the net, type in your e-mail address and click lost password, have them email password to your new e-mail address. You should always have two email addresses and set the other one up to have your password sent to in case it is lost. Or better yet make a document on your computer with all your passwords, so when you forget one you can look it up.

Email is web based, you should be able to open any browser, (Safari does not work well with the windows platform) go to whatever domain (Yahoo, Gmail, MSN, Hotmail, etc) and log in with your username and passcode. Unfortunately, without email, you can't retrieve your passcode if you've lost or forgotten it unless you listed a mobile phone as back up.

You are saying your phone lost and you are not save yahoo email information. No issue, just another palace open yahoo email account and all information download it. If any issue contact yahoo customer care or be remember or right ID or Password given then all information get it.

The "new" Yahoo Mail webmail interface is generally not reversable. Yahoo has changed the look & behavior of its webmail page, but no emails should have been lost in any individual accounts. If you had old emails stored in a folder or folders, make sure that the "Folders" section (in the left column, under "Inbox," "Sent," "Trash," etc) is expanded so you can see all the folders.

just open your gmail account then, look in the sent items or drafts, just there.when you open a Google in the upper portion you will see the g mail click it and explore.

First open your email application from the top level menu. If no other accounts have been setup yet, it will ask you to setup email. Click yes. If you have already configured other account, then open email application and click on the button on top left corner and select add account. E-mail wizard opens. Now,

1. Click others
2. Type your full email address under E-mail address
3. Provide your yahoo password under Password
4. Click Save
5. Under Username again provide the same email address as in step 2
6. Click Save
7. Select IMAP4 under Mailbox type
8. Under Incoming server, enter imap.mail.yahoo.com
9. Under Outgoing server, enter smtp.mail.yahoo.com
10. When asked for SMTP authentication, leave it on
11. Again just click Save when it shows you SMTP username and password
12. Under Account name, enter any name and click Save
13. When it asks for Update inbox now?, click No
14. Click Done
15. Now click your account name
16. Click the top left button and select Settings
17. Under Access points, select the access point of your current network
18. Scroll down further and select Advanced settings
19. Under both SMTP TLS/SSL and Incoming TLS/SSL, select SSL
20. Now click Save

That's all... Your email is setup now. To access your email, open your account and from the top left menu options, click Synchronisation. If everything is Okay, it will login to your account, and retrieve any custom folders that you have created in Yahoo Mail. Now, open each and every folder, such as Inbox, select Synchronisation from the top left button menu. It will retrieve your emails from the corresponding folder.

hi, this is a system fault that can be corrected by shutting down the system and unplugging the entire desktop for 5 minutes. this will rest the mother board and fix this hardware scramble.

I would need some more information to completely help you. When you say you walk away and the pc shuts down and starts back up, does it close down (reboot) or does it go into screen saver / sleep mode? What button did you push for the power button light to blink? Have you put the PC into sleep / hibernation mode by pressing the power button once.
