Question about Heating & Cooling
Was the cord damaged by an outside factor? Furniture, pet, wear? If so, a new cord is OK. If the cord went bad when using the heater as directed, there may be a failure in the unit -- Do Not Repair! Replace the entire cord from inside the unit with the same (or heavier) sized wire. Don't just splice it!

SOURCE: Comfortzone heater displaying error message doFL.
According to the call line, hold down the up, down and enter buttons all at the same time and it should clear it. I took mine back and had it replaced so I never had a chance to try this.
