Question about Kitchen Ranges
The black plastic legs that came on the stove are cheap. They bust off everytime we pull the stove out for cleaning.
I don't think you can get metal leveling legs for that range, unless you can improvise something.

Clean the burner with a wire brush around where the ignitor is. it needs a proper ground to ignite. When you turn the burner on do you hear a click click click? If so this should solve the problem.

glass cleaner WITH ammonia, and a small toothbrush works well. mop up with an old washcloth, rinsing often. for pieces which have gummy residue, and which can be removed to the sink for soap and water finsing afterwards, try GooGone.

My experience with this is that it occurs when moisture gets into the ignitor area and shorts out the open and causes the spark. It stops after it drys out.
This is very non-techinical and I will defer if there is a deeper solution.
