I had simular problem on 1996 Mercury Marque. Mine was stopped up exhaust port under engine heads = remove heads, clean, replace head gaskets. Also possible that you have a problem with EGR controls, that is due to bad control or vacuum hose off. What does engine analyzer say? Mine was very confusing, listed all kinds of EGR control faults. Hello grant.... You must stop that water flow immediately or your bill will be even larger next time it arrives. If the water is pouring out of the spout attached to the pressure relief valve you may simply need to replace that valve. To do so, turn off the power to the tank and use a wrench to remove the pressure relief valve. GO to any hardware store and get an exact replacement valve and a small tube of plumbers pipe dope. Dope up the threads and install the new valve. Joe
There is a boost control valve that can cause problems. It can go bad. It has 3 vacuum hoses attached to it to change vacuum direction to turbo and wastegate valve. The boost control valve can go faulty or stick and not allow boost.
The output on the transformer is 12 vac make sure the Bin control is closed the toggle in the Ice position and also check wash valve handle is closed (micro switch behind handle)
You need to first check your water inlet hoses & make sure they are not kinked or plugged.(verify by disconnecting hoses & opening to make sure water flows. If ok. Then check for cold water operation at fill valve. If no cold water after a few seconds then the problem is the water fill valve. If this doesn't help. Post findings for further troubleshooting.
