Did you copy it from the micro-sd card to your computer then try to play the music? The micro-sd card does not have neccessary req's for temporary storage for active files. Try that
It sounds like you are trying to open the MP3 file with a general file browser. You should open your music player application on your phone, then from within the application, open the MP3. As long as the file is not protected in any way, it should open.
Also check to make sure the file is not outside the playable bit rate for your phone.
If this was helpful, please rank me a 4.
You have to drag and drop only the MP3 files into the music folder. If you have them organized and in folder by artist, drag only the MP3s into the card's Music folder.
I speant Hours swearing at my phone because it would not read my music
files, Tried the card on many different phones which would take Micro SD
and all other phones read the music Just not the LG KC550.
I found that getting a Micro SD dongle reader, Insterting your 2GB Micro
sd card in that and then putting your music files into the "sounds"
folder works.
Instructions.
1. Insert Micro SD card into Card reader.
2. Insert card Reader to Computer Via USB.
3. Go to my computer and Open the USB Card reader.
4. Select the Music files from your pc Via Copy files
5. Go to open Tab (Where you can see your Micro Sd card) Open the sounds
folder and Paste.
If you are finding it hard to get the 5 folders of images, Documents,
Sounds, others and Videos on your Micro SD card. Format the card by
going My computer, Right click the Card reader (with you Micro sd card
inserted) and click format. Takes a few seconds. Insert the card into
the phone, the phone will auto put the folders on the card. Then go to
step 1 (above) and start again.
You can save and play on your phone as long as your phone application supports the format of the music files you are talking about. I even use my mobile as a pen drive to move data here and there. However when you try to open a music files from mobile remember to choose memory card. Because Phone has separate memory.
sharp, you have to format the SD through your phone and then copy the music to the folder provided by the phone for the music. make sure you check the playing / bitrate / file type of audio file that the phone is limited to play.
