Power supply???
Are you referring to receptacle it's cord is plugged into?
Or did you open it and check for power where the washers power cord terminates inside the washer?

Mu whirlpool AWD/0 814D DISPLAY 5:76 ERROR CODE

The error code "5:76" on a Whirlpool AWD/0 814D washing machine indicates a problem with the door lock. This issue can be caused by a malfunctioning door lock, a problem with the wiring, or a software error. The best course of action would be to check the door lock and the wiring connected to it, and also try to reset the machine by unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes.

I have a Whirlpool Duet Washer and I keep getting an error code "FL". Can someone please tell me what it means and how do I fix it?

F8 E1 or LO FL Code in display:

No water detected entering washer after 13 minutes, the pressure switch input has not been detected.
If the washer has an F8 E1 error or LO FL error, the door will be locked, and the control will be unresponsive. Press the power button, and the washer will start a drain routine which takes approximately 8 to 10 minutes, during which time the pump will run continuously. The control will not accept any input during this time. Please wait 10 minutes before trying to perform any functions.
Check the water supply:
Turn on the water. Check the household water supply to see if the hot and cold water faucets are turned on. Make sure to open both faucets completely for proper fill.
NOTE: Both Hot and Cold water must be supplied to the washer.

We just had a power outage.... washer will not turn back on.. door will not open... cannot get any of the lights to come on...power, start, cancel nothing.... Thank you Lisa

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Have you checked the washer's supply socket? Test with another item such as a kettle. If not OK then check the breakers/fuses in the mains supply box. If they are all OK is there a fuse in the washer plug? If so check that. If you have no way of checking it, change it for another one ;-0)
If all these fail I fear it means a call for an engineer, sorry ;-0(

If this has assisted and/or clarified the situation for you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.
Thanks and good luck!

My whirlpool calypso washer just quit working no codes no power just dead. GVW9959KQ2

Won't Power Up
  • 120VAC electrical supply.
Check voltage supply to washer.
  • Open AC cord.
Check for voltage at the power cord connection to the line filter.
  • Line filter open.
Check voltage into and out of line filter.
  • Machine control board open.
With the washer off but connected to the AC outlet, measure the AC voltage between Pins 4 and 2 at connector P16.
