How to print from DOC I write and want to print it only saves my document and does niot give me any option for print.

You must have Wifi.
You must have a printer that can connect to the home WiFi.

Then depending .....

You download a Print App for the Printer.

Or sometimes the tablet software will have a print option as a long press on the document, or a Forward icon that includes Print. Click Print and choose the Printer, then click Print again to sent the job to the printer.

Instead of wanting someone to print a paper copy of the manual and send it to you via traditional mail, here are some suggestions.

1. If you reside near a public library (one funded with local or regional government finances), check with the library to find out if public-access Internet-connected computers, with printing capability, are available. If so, find out the days and hours the library is open and schedule your time to go to the library. You will probably have to sign in at a library service desk for Internet computer access.

Then, go to this web page:

Choose the link to the manual for the Galieleo Pro.

You will see a PDF document which you can have printed to a library printer (ask a library staff member how to go about it) and pay for the printing.

2. Another option is to ask a friend with a computer and printer to go to the web page noted above and print the manual for you. Be sure to offer to pay for the printing.

Note: The PDF document of the manual is 35 pages long.

If it's an android, you can change it within an app - like camera. Go into settings and change default storage location from internal storage to sd card.

If the app can't see your sd card, make sure it's "mounted" within your device. Depending on the software version: Go to settings, general, phone/tablet management, storage, from here you should be able to see the sd card. It is either ejected or mounted. Click on the sd card, if you can see the folders content, then it is installed correctly.

Also, if it was used in another device, it may need to be formatted to be used in your tablet. You can do that from the same setting menu.

Within Apple Mavericks (OS 10.9), use the 'TextEdit' program to open/change/save Microsoft Word documents.

With the tablet fully charged and switched off (not just in standby) hold the volume up button then press the power button to switch it on....all the time keep holding the vol up button. This should then give you the recovery menu, select 'delete cache' option. This will also delete all saved documents data and apps so be warned. There maybe ways to do it without losing all your data by using special developer tools via a laptop plugged into it's USB, but i suspect you'll need professinal help to do that.

open up your document select file the file from left hand side from the drop down list select print preview across to the right you will see a 25% zoom you can select 50%,100% and many more options for the print size

Your options seem to be kind of slim. There are many printing apps available, but from what I have read many of them do no perform properly.
Apple's official answer seems to be syncing your documents to your PC or laptop and then printing from the computer.
Try doing a quick search in the App Store and maybe you will have better luck and find one that will work with your printer.

There are several ways you can print pages from Kindle books:

1. Highlight the passage you want to print. Highlighted text is stored in "My Notes and Marks" text file in the documents folder. You can then open this file with any word processing software and print the parts that you want
2. Use Kindle for PC. While having the page in question open, press Alt-PrintScreen. Paste the screenshot from the clipboard into photo processing software like Photoshop or MS Paint and print it from there. If you have Google Picasa installed, it will automatically save thescreenshot
3. Take a screenshot on the Kindle device by pressing Alt-Shift-G. Screenshots are stored as GIF files in the \documents folder. You can then open them in image processing software and print.
4. You can plain and simple put your Kindle face down on the copy machine and copy it as a regular piece of paper.
