I recently rebuilt my trex 600, left the servos hanging, put it back together, and the S9255 front, left cyclic is not working. at all, no life is it repairable
Check the continuity in the servo motor from the board connectors (so it includes the wires) with a multimeter set on resistance - if it's not even registering then it's dead - the connectors have been ripped.

This is a fairly easy fix but you need a new planetary, some new grease a new gasket and about an hour. The planetary for your machine is a recent design, that did not work. the planetary and the shaft has been milled with grooves and they are pressed together at the factory. The tolerance was deemed to be tight enough to keep the shaft and the planetary together during the life of the machine....but sadly this became a common problem. They have since fixed the problem in the new design. They went back to pins and retaining clips from pre 2006. Your fix is inexpensive and ther are several videos on the internet showing you step by step how to do it yourself. Hope this helps.
have you got a digital or analogue servo in the tail. You have to select what type you are using on the gyro. If you use an analogue one and switch the gyro to digital, that will fry the servo for sure, iv'e burnt a hole in a servo case before. ( slap own face )
You will probably need a shop manual to work on it yourself. The switch on the dash controls a vac servo on the transfer case. The servo controls an actuator under the battery which sends vac to the front axle. The transfer case and front axle servo work together.
Little late to get an answer. I have a 600. The answer is there is a flap that hangs down from the left. It stays at a 45 deg angle when down. Just gently push the bucket in and the flap will go up. Gently.
The first error signals the fact that the partition data is corrupted. The second one signal an error in communication . Both put together signal the fact that your unit has died. You might have a slim chance that the actual disk inside it might have some life left in it: take it out, connect it directly to a desktop and try to access and extract all the files from it.
there is a easyer way to check this put unit back together...put or had on back were vent blows hot exhaust air out...you should feel it get very very hot...then start to cool down..were you could put your had on the vent....if not replaced fixed tsat....please call if need more help..mike..843-384-8474...
Solved my problem by buying another new model from garmin.The e'trex was great but I rather have a model with buttons on top and a larger screen so I orderd a gpsmap76cx. This e,trex I would of sold it but not with the problem I have with it.I will contac garmin support to see what they say.It,s a rebuilt model so I think the unit was sent back for a certain problem and even thou it was rebuilt the unit is problem cursed.Thanks for your time and I won't be spending another cent on this one.
are the carbs balanced correctly and are you sure that all of the jets are clean. if not try it, it might work. sluggish throttle response is normally to do with the carbs.
