Hi I have a dj 130 printer that gets stuck in the initializing screen. All that is shown when starting up the printer is the hourglass icon and then nothing else happens. When you press the power button the display backlight goes on for a few seconds and then shuts down again. And the Orange warning led flashes. There's also no movement from any of the parts in the printer other than the PSU fan. I have replaced the power supply and also the electronics module as the printer had some problems beforehand and didn't power up. I have run the startup track mode and the printer gets stuck with the two squares on 64 and 128 which gives me the error 192: initializing VPPA. I have also reseated all the wires and nothing seems to work. If somebody would be able to assist me with this issue I would greatly appreciate the help. Regards Pieter
If there a jetdirect network card trying removing it and restarting.

had the same issue with a designjet 100 plus. I downloaded the service manual, opened it up, reseated every cable (be careful with this). **** thing started up like nothing was wrong.
