• Go to google website www.google.com and then proceed to SIGN IN option

1. If you cant remember your username or password : Click option below it that says can't sign in or forgot password , now from there it will give you option to answer some security question you created before in order for you to remember or retrieve your password
2. Or it will ask you what is your google account email address , so they can reset your password and end it to the email

• If you can't remember still your email address

1. Just simply click on forgot username optionand the it will ask your any email address to send the instruction on how you can retrive your account information

Your Google account details are the same as GMail address and password.
You need to have your GMail address, but not necessarily the password.
If you've forgotten the password, you can request a new one from google from this site:

Google will provide you with further instructions on how to recover your password.
After you have done that, you can now unlock your phone by entering the GMail address and password.

you can get your password, provided you still remember your user name(E-main address) in which you used in opening it.

Enter your e-mail address and under-nit the space for password, click "Forgot password"

A code and instruction on how to use will be sent to your email address. Follow the instruction and your password will be reset/recovered.

On the main Paypal page, Click on "Have you forgotten your email address or password?" (this is a choice of two links). If you choose email address, you can type in details that you may remember such as your name/address, credit card/ bank account details etc. and it will then allow you to supply a new email address and password. If you clicked "password" then you can type in your email address and your password will be sent to you.

do you remember your "secret question" it appears that you know your e-mail address. so select forgot pasword and see if you can remember the question.
