You need a smart TV that has the Netflix app such as a Samsung or Sony, or a media player that has Netflix, such as an Oppo or similar. There are many media players that connect to Netflix so just buy the one that suits you and connect it to your TV. You will of course also need an internet connection and a decent download allowance.
Alternatively buy a chromecast and connect your phone, ipad, tablet or pc to it and stream Netflix.
With the power off - use the remote and push mute + 1 + 8 + 2 + power button. When the set turns on, you will see a menu pop up. Just hit enter on the remote and you will see Factory reset. Hit enter again and the TV will reset.
