Problem with the Relays in the Power Center

What is the cause for Jandy 3HP Relays inside the Jandy Power Center to start acting up? ex. getting a 110 reading in the Load side on the relay; also, having the Blower start up W/O even turning on the switch????

3 hp relay burnt wires

Those wires connect to the pump. It is overloading the system. The heater is protected by breakers so that should not be the issue. That is if the system was wired as recommended. Replace the pump if you inspect the wires and find that they are not contacting each other or ground anywhere. If they are damaged, you will have to replace the wires.

I have Aqualink RS6. Screen is lit, but no display. Is they some thing I can check?

Check to see if all 4 wires are connected inside the controller (your inside wall unit) and also at the power center outside. After removing the cover outside you will see a red 4 terminal strip (4 wires) above the buttons. Above the buttons is low voltage, below the buttons where the relays are is high voltage, be careful.
Your inside controller (cover pops off from below) has the same red terminal strip that hold the other ends of those same wires. If you have a later model it may use a telephone type connection.
If it all looks good call a pool tech who should have a portable controller, he can plug in outside to see what happens. Good luck with it.

No lights on either the inside or outside Jandy AquaLink RS4 box

I'm sure if you look on line you can find one or they can order one through your pool store or a hardware or home store should have one. Just be sure to get a 110-220v or just 220v X 24v and be sure to wire it 220v. One is the same as another as long as the voltage is correct. Mounting brackets are the only difference. Good luck.

Jandy aqualink rs8.Pool and spa lights wont come on. (programming?)

If it's both lights and they are on seperate switches I would start by checking the GFCI and be sure it is not tripped and if it is you would need to find out why. Then check power in and out of the light module in your power center. If you can set the power center to service and turn the lights on manuley from there then it is programming but most of the time it will be something in the lights or their circut.

Truck will not start acts like its not getting enough gas

under the hood is a electrical box. inside is a bunch of fuses and relays, check your owners manual to see which one is your fuel pump relay. check for power at the relay, you should have power at two posts. if so then check that you have power coming from relay . if so than you more than likely need to replace the fuel pump.

Part number discrepancy

The correct number is 6587. This should have a small pcboard attached. These dimmable relays tend to be short-lived if used regularly. I generally use a standard 3hp (6581) relay in its stead. They are a good bit cheaper and last much longer. The downside,of course, is that the light is either on or off.
