The module attached to my phone keeps randomly not working than a day or so later( or even a few hours later) it just starts working again. What is causing this?

In my case, it just shut down randomly. Wait 5 minutes, then it starts. Few weeks later it happened again, then in a week, then every few days, then half the time.
That's how electronic modules fail on Fords.

Bad ignition module heating up and failing.

change the wires that go to the starter i had the same problem fixed now with no problems

Check if the flex from the panel to the screen is well connected.

My phone did this a few times as well. It went on for a few days, I couldn't answer my phone unless it was closed and I slid it open, couldn't look at text messages, nothing. Finally it died and I recharged it and it started working again.
Later on the phone also would act like I was randomly opening it, so it would light up, causing the battery to die faster. Once it died completely I charged it and it worked fine again. So far it's been a month and it hasn't happened again. Now though my phone stops working where I can't receive calls or text or make calls or send texts. This can last for 20 minutes to 3 hours at a time. I can't wait to get a new phone!!!

I am pretty sure it is the body control module. My 02 sable is currently having a similar issue. On a random day my girlfriend took the car to the store, the car started honking when she went to re-enter the vehicle. never done that before. Later that night the left front turn signal will not shut off. the turn signal light on the dash stays on solid, this morning the bright light indicator was on solid and the turn signals worked perfectly fine until the blinker light eventually went back to on all the time. I disconnect the battery at night or if I am not going to drive it for a few hours. But I am 99% certain it is the BCM causing this.

Fuel injector?

I had to take my car back to the dealership twice. First, they replaced the ignition switch. 3 days later, my car wouldn't start again. So I took it back and they called VW - VW said to replace the steering column module. I asked my dealer why they didn't replace the steering colum module first - they said that even if they had replaced that first, the old ignition switch would have shorted out the steering column module. Whatever.
$600 later my car has been fine for about 3 weeks now. If it happens again I will keep you posted.

If the car is dead, it should not make a sound, this is normal for dead things. Get a live one.

I am having the same problem with mine it has even lost all pictures, ringtones and graphics even the default ones. I spent most of the day on Thursday on the phone with AT&T and none of the 10 people that I spoke to could help me they had never heard of this problem before and they said I would have to buy a new phone. I really like this phone and would like to fix it if I can but don't know what to do HELP!!!!
