My inspiron 1520 will not turn on. the power light will stay lit, and the capslock will blink like 45 times, and the nothing happens

Remove the battery as well as the adapter. Then plug back the power adapter only. Try to boot up with out the battery. If it worked your laptop crashed from hibernation or stand by. If not, BIOS might be affected and needs reset.
Hope this helps.

Tv won't turn on at all

no remote but tv was working with front power key? unplug from ac outlet and plug back and listen for any type of indication (noise or chirp) that something energizes inside if theres nothing then suspect a power supply problem, main fuse blown, shorted low volt rectifiers other components could be at fault.

Panasonic SA-AK330

Google the system for the user manual. It may help with troubleshooting. Some better receivers have a fuse protection system and there is a red button on the back to push to reset. Be sure you don't have 2nd audio or monitor selected which can turn off main speakers. Try a set of headphones if you can to see if you get audio. Good luck.
