Actually you can look at your self and be pretty accurate at predicting. Girls babies are carried higher in the tummy. While boy babies tend to protrude out at a level closer to the pelvic bone. Up high girl,down low boy. The only confusion comes when you are having twins , they tend to bulge out everywhere.

What ever happened, don't think about that! stay a distance from that boy!
