Print is fully black

My xerox is fully black how to the problem

Often when the exposure lamp burns out, all your copies will come out black. The light reflects off the immage to the drum to create the copy to be printed to the paper. If the light is out, all the drum will see is a black image to be printed. Make a copy with the cover open, and see if the light turns on.

Set xerox 7845 to black as default print color

You can always look for answers to your Xerox questions at www.xerox.com/support .
Default the Print Driver to Print in Black and White Only for a Microsoft Windows 7 OS:
The steps below can be used to restrict color printing through the print driver.
NOTE: This solution requires administrative permissions and may require the assistance of a System Administrator.
Open the Printers, Printers and Faxes, or Devices and Printers window. See the Related Items below for additional information.
Right-click on the printer, and then select [Properties] or [Printer Properties].
Click on the [Administration] tab.
Expand the [Configurations] section.
Enable the option for [Black and White ONLY].
Click [OK]. The driver will now have Black and White printing as the default and locked so that the option cannot be changed.

Default the Print Driver to Black and White for a Microsoft Windows OS:
Open the Printers window on the computer.
Right-click on the required printer, and then select [Properties] or [Printer Properties] depending on which operating system is being used.
Click on [Advanced], and select [Printing Defaults].
Click on the [Image Options] tab.

Xerox 7328 not printing in color

Ensure that you are intalling the correct print driver, www.xerox.com, support section.
Also check to make sure that the colour option in the printing preference is not set to Black and white or grayscale.
Also ensure that you dont have any accounting option set to black and white only.

Xerox DocuColor 4CP printer will not print colour. It will print black fine though. Have defaulted printer and printed colour page, still no colour, just black.

According to this site, Windows 7 drivers are available for the Xerox Docucolor 4CP printer.
What operating system are you using?
Also, is it possible that your color toner has been depleted?

Yor probles is caused for a pour conection from the fiery with the printer. Check disconecting and conecting again both conectors printer and scanner
