I have funai f42pdme when you cut on power the screen will come on one quarter of tv. When you hit input half of tv will cut but you still have no pic Just vertical lines. What can i do to fix

Sounds like the power board is done. You can try to fix it yourself but since it is a plasma you will be working with HIGH voltages. I wouldn't recommend fixing it without knowledge of electronics. If you are going to take a look at it I guarantee you will see bulged electrolytic capacitors on it. Electrolytic capacitor failures See example.
Some will actually leak. If you have a skilled hand you can replace them yourself. All the parts can be obtained from electronic supplies like Digikey and Mouser. They are relatively cheap parts. Usually 1$ each.
