I am running the most current version of the Android (KitKat) operating system. However I have discovered that, No matter what I am doing (for example watching TV or having a conversation with someone OR talking on my HOME TELEPHONE, Google Now will automatically activate and wait for a command from me. I have tried replacement phones of the same model, to see if that might solve the problem and that has made no difference. Is there anything that I can do to resolve this issue or is this an issue that I will have to wait for a fix for?.

Have you retrained the voice? How frequent does it happen?

I just performed a HARD RESET on my phone on 10/29/14. At that time I trained the voice. Unfortunately, the best way that I can answer your question that you asked me regarding when this problem occurs is to tell you that this problem occurs at various unpredictable times. For example I have had this problem occur when I am talking to someone in the same room, this problem has also occured when I am talking to someone on my LANDLINE phone, and when I am watching TV. The odd thing is that in all of these instances NOTHING has been said about Google or Google Now.
Since I have a hard time seeing I do use GOOGLE4 TALKBACK.
I am currently running Android KitKat 4.4.4
Todd. We'll test with talk back enabled and see if we can replicate. thanks For mentioning that. Mark Motorola Support

I have one more thing that may be helpful to you when you test GOOGLE NOW with the GOOGLE TALKBACK feature. Over the past few months I have found that it is also necessary for me to use the TOUCHLESS CONTROL feature in order to use GOOGLE NOW. If I do not use TOUCHLESS CONTROL when I use GOOGLE NOW I receive the following error message "SAY OK GOOGLE NOW OR TAP MIC", However, I am physically able to use the GOOGLE NOW feature WITH or WITHOUT the TOUCHLESS CONTROL feature. As I stated in a previous message I TRAINED the VOICE late last week.
