Dear friend by default android installs all the apps at the internal phone storage and not the external sd card. So basically you have two options:
1 - delete some applications you don't use (old games and programs you don't use regularly )
2 - try to search google play store for app to sd (i am not recommending that option because 1 - you might need root ; 2 - some applications wont work if installed at the external storage )

Here "Not Enough Memory" Suggests either the SIM Memory is full or the Phone Memory is full. It has nothing to do with te Memory Card.
