Bose dvd player door want open

open up paper clip and poke gently in to into the very small located on frontoff c/dvd this will manualy open drive,to remove ****.

Completely power down the sound system, and unplug it from the wall socket. Wait a minute, and plug it in again. Power the system on.As soon as the power is on, press the OPEN/CLOSE button on the console. After a few seconds to a minute, the disk drawer will open.

Since you purchased a Bose system, I can only assume that you know nothing about electronics.  Therefore, I would suggest you take it to a repairman rather than try to open it.
Or, you could just buy something that isn't Bose for 1/10th the price and get twice the quality.
If you must be adventurous, you can open the unit and try to figure out what is jammed up and manually remove the DVD.  Again, if you know nothing about electronics, this could get you very hurt or killed.

Even you don"t have a remote you can play it manually and DVD player play it automatically.Just try this open the tray put the DVD disc on the tray and close it then turn it off for 30 seconds then turns it on then it play automatically if not then there's something wrong to the player.

I opened the DVD door and something looked crooked... I pushed it down to straighten it... it clicked back into place and it works great! haha. I bought it off craigslist for only $15.. great deal. :)

i have begun having a problem with my  4-5 year old bose 321 system.  sometimes dvd's burned on my computer will not  play on my bose 321 system.  sometimes they will.  what's up with this?  it's not a bad media problem.  i've narrowed it to the player.  sometimes i'll play a computer burned dvd on the bose and it will play fine.   next time i try to  play it it won't any ideas? thank you in advance mike

you can buy a dvd with brushes on or
you can open the dvd and clean laser you self

the magic eye on the door opener in been obtruated by something .. like a small object stuck on a cd or someone might just open the door and let something in it .. stuck on the slidetrack ..and interfer with the sensor .. maybe kids???

I love my Bose 321 DVD system, but a few days ago, it started acting weird. I put in a DVD, and it reads - "No Disc".....and I'm not sure why. I cleaned the disc, and I also played a DVD/CD Maintenance kit - I'm not sure what is wrong. It seems like I have a problem within the system - what can I do?
