I want to get on to e.mail but they keep rejecting my e m address and password

Contact customer service of the email provider, gmail - yahoo - what ever you use. They can help you get back into your email. Next time, write your password down and memorize it.

Go to Xbox.com phone them and ask them for your e-mail address by giving them your gamertag (your name on xbox live). Then if you've forgotten your e-mail password contact the e-mailservice provider (or if they reject your request for a new password then get in contact with some experienced hackers.)

Mail app doesn't require a password. Your ISP, from and to which Mail fetches and sends email messages, requires a password. Deal with them.

First of all, log in to your email, and change your password, so that no one can use your account anymore. Make sure you choose a secure password.
You should also run a virus scan on your computer. You can try Microsoft Security Essentials.
Do ALL your emails get rejected, or only those to certain people? Which email provider do you use - Gmail? Yahoo? etc.
You may want to create a new email address, and tell everyone you know to start using it. You can set up your old email address to forward to your new one, so you'll still get those emails, until everyone catches on and starts using the new address.

When it fails the password, it usually gives you a chance to send it to your email address. Now being that this is an email address that sounds well dumb, however, when you first setup the account it asks you for an email address, just for this problem, sell tell it you forgot your email address and it will send it to your other listed email address, where you can go and get the password. Then use the password it gave you to enter your account and then change the password to what you want.

This is possibly because the person leaving the comment is spamming and so uses a false/non-existant address.

To ensure the user has a valid address, set the comments to require the person to register on the site (validate their e-mail address), then login and leave a comment.
