Someone recently knocked my passenger side mirror off, so there are a couple wires hanging out....everything was fine and all i can think of is when I tried to kinda push the wires in a bit so they weren't hanging out as much i shorted something or blew a fuse. I guess my question is, would it be a blown fuse or something else and if it would be a fuse which one?

This is a simple job You must remove the door panel. Then from the inside of the door there is 3 bolts that hold it on pull these bolts and unpluge the connector and thats it.

Sounds like a fuse. Check your manual for fuse box and fuse location.
