Cut the pipe. Deburr. Push on the new sharkbite fitting. If you have to remove see below. A disconnect clip is a small orange c shaped clip sized for the size of the pipe. Sold were you bought the fitting.

How To Remove a SharkBite Fitting

  1. Place SharkBite Disconnect Clip around tube with the non-branded face against the SharkBite release collar.
  2. Push the SharkBite Disconnect Clip against the release collar and pull the tube with a twisting action to release the tube.

I need a picture of a brown recluse spider bite. I might have been bitten by one I have a very itchy area on my arm with a red dot and a small lump next to it.

https://www.google.com has a menu choice "images" that will show many pictures of bites. You are unlikely to have been bitten by a brown recluse, but may have a bite from another source. A Doctor or hospital should be contacted if you have severe symptoms of some kind, and don't rely only on internet research for medical treatment.

Note the study of bites in one article suggests many other types of bug bites, some of which are rare but very infected bites, of which brown recluse are actually reported to be very rare, and often misdiagnosed. Yes, despite fear of bites, they are very very rare, and many mistakenly reported cases are actually not brown recluse spider bites.

Many web sites give information, such as those below:

Can brown recluse spider bites cause dizziness or vertigo

hi Richard.
Brown recluse spider bite The pain associated with a brown recluse spider bite typically increases during the first eight hours after the bite. You may also have fever, chills and body aches. The bite usually heals on its own in about a week. In a minority of cases, the skin at the center of the bite can become dark blue or purple and then evolve into a deep open sore (ulcer) that enlarges as the surrounding skin dies. The ulcer usually stops growing within 10 days after the bite, but full healing can take months.
Seek prompt medical care in the following situations:
  • You are unsure whether the bite was from a poisonous spider.
  • The person who was bitten experiences severe pain, abdominal cramping or a growing ulcer at the bite site.
  • The person who was bitten is having problems breathing.
Your doctor may recommend a tetanus booster shot if you haven't had one in the last five years.

Plumber installed Shark water valve behind fridge. Problem no water dispenses. When I turn Shark valve the whole thing turns. I can't move the small knob on front. Is the whole valve supposed to move?

Hi Peggy:
The "shark bite" fittings have a ball valve that requires a 1/4 turn of the lever or knob.
The valve has o-ring seals and a metal ring "bites" the pipe to attach it. It can rotate on the pipe.
Here's a link that will help.
