I assume you mean transfer from internal memory to card?
This is on the menu system - simple scroll through the menus to find transfer.
Also the MANUAL[Handbook] will tell you.
no book - look on the software disk it is there as a PDF file that can be read/printed.
SOURCE: Resolution
look in the setup screen. Its accessible through the blue F button on the back. Easy cheesy. If shutterfly is getting smaller resolution pics than you are shooting, then your Email client is automatically resizing your pictures to speed up the transfer, you need to turn that feature off.

When you rotated pictures you changed picture size and definition, that is the reason why camera does not display them again.
If you check file size, you will see that rotated pictures are smaller than regular ones.
There is no way to get picture to original definition once you reduce it, however if you use a program like Photoshop you can check size and definition on original pictures, and re-rotate and resize rotated pictures to send them back to the camera, quality will be poorer than originals. Attributes to check are length and width (preferably in pixels) and definition, then you save pictures as best quality.
