You have some problem with Eclipse. If it is on warranty, take it where you bought it. It not, buy a new mp3 player. Any but not Eclipse

Probably battery is dead. It is an internal battery and no way to change it so you lost your mp3 player and your money. Get a new onw, but not an Eclipse

Connect it to your computer, open the Removable Drive, open music, video, etx. folders one by one and delete content

No trouble, here's how to turn SHUFFLE on or off:

Music Submenu
To enter the Music Submenu, press and hold the OK/VOL button for 3 seconds.

Repeat
To adjust your repeat mode, select "repeat". You can select Sequence, repeat one, repeat all, shuffle, or shuffle and repeat.
