Delete file- Allows you to delete a file. . Use [PREV] and [NEXT] to select a file and press [MENU] to begin delete that file. If the music is in a folder, you will see "/" at the top of the screen, select this and press [MENU] to leave the current folder and go up one folder level.

You have some problem with Eclipse. If it is on warranty, take it where you bought it. It not, buy a new mp3 player. Any but not Eclipse

Why won't my eclipse 180g2 charge?

Probably battery is dead. It is an internal battery and no way to change it so you lost your mp3 player and your money. Get a new onw, but not an Eclipse

Does the eclipse 180g2 4gb mp3 player have a reset button or not

Unfortunately there is no way to reset it. This unit is notorious for multiple problems. Far far more unsatisfied users than satisfied

What video file format does my Eclipse 180g2 4gb mp3 music/vid player read?

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer.
