U can add the site to ur antivirus software blocker tool and ask it to specifically block it from ur email

I'm guessing by reading that, that you want to install Firefox and remove ask.
To remove ask go to Control Panel followed by Uninstall Programs, then find ask or ask toolbar (anything with ask) and hit uninstall.
Otherwise if you're using Chrome you could also head over to Chrome Settings and choose extensions on the left, from there disable and uninstall any extensions that say or relate to ask.
