Whenever I print a page, the text repeats about a third of the way down. While it is a very light image it is still very visible, and makes the bottom 2/3 of the page difficult to read. I run the clean process and changed the setting to 1200 but all to ni avail.
Probally your print cartridge, Replace it.
It has a rubber blade that whipes off old image that gets worn, sometimes not near as often it from fuser section..

How far is it? could you measure from the top of one to the top of the next. This would help narrow down which part is causing the issue.
Replace the Q2612A cartridge. You are probably using a cheap remanufactured cartridge. Use only quality remanufactured cartridges where they replace Drum, wiper blade and doctor blade or buy an OEM cartridge.
If the printer has been heavily used it could also be that the fuser is on the way out.
Hope it helps - i see hundreds of these types of printing issues per year.

I have the same problem. I have HP cartridges. The printer is brand new!!!!
I also have the same problem. I'm using a brand new laserjet with the original toner cartridge.
After using the printer for 1 year (hardly 200 pages are printed), I am facing the same problem. I assume a new cartige is able to print 3000 pages without any problem but the printer failed in this case.
