What is Chemical earthing electrode

Chemical Earthing Electrodes help in meeting all kinds of earthing and grounding needs for industrial and residential purposes.

Gmax Chemical Earthing Electrode consists of the main earth electrode encapsulated within another pipe filled with highly conductive compound. gmax main earth electrode thus protected by the presence of the conductive compound and the outer pipe last beyond a normal GI pipe electrode. Highly conductive property of the compound facilitates the fault current to immediately discharge through the outer pipe to the surrounding area.
Gmax whole assembly of the Chemical Earthing Electrode is then installed in a bore made in the earth and the space around is filled by scientifically developed earth enhancing compound.

With an increase proportion of technology, we are manufacturing and supplying Chemical Earthing Electrode.

Trimmer does not adjust low enough

f your zero adjustment won't turn far enough for proper meter reading then the measurement electrode has "lost it's span" and will require a severe chemical cleaning (i use gentle heated muratic acid followed by a water boil allow to cool off before using ) or replacement if spec model allows for this , Note: heated acid is extremly dangerous and corrosive and you should use all possible safety precautions when using it

Fischer Scientific AB15 -- Unable to calibrate or take any readings.

The electrode you have is a combination electrode with an integral calomel reference half-cell and built-in temperature probe. Since the temperature reading is good, the temperature probe is okay. It isn't part of the pH circuits anyway. (Your meter uses the temperature to calculate a temperature correction of pH.) Something else is going on with the electrode proper. Its funny behavior suggests to me that it has dried out internally.
pH electrodes don't last forever. How old is this one? If it's an old one, it's probably time to replace it. If it's new and doesn't work, it may be under warranty.
If you shop for a new electrode, get a gel-filled one. And go for one with a silver/silver chloride reference instead of a mercury one -- especially if you are using it on food or other samples that may be consumed. Another consideration about calomel electrodes: they take hours to recover from relatively small temperature changes. Ag/AgCl references aren't as sluggish.
Finally, take care when storing the electrode. It should be stored under humid conditions to keep it from drying out. The best way is to put a small piece of cotton or glass wool soaked with distilled or deionized water inside the plastic end cap. For shorter-term storage, e.g., overnight, you could immerse the tip in pH 7 buffer.

Hi, I was cleaning my nearly new V150SG and one of the black rods broke. Any chance I can just find replacement parts? Many thanks! Carol [email protected] or here!

I took my humidifier apart to see what was wrong with it and saw the carbon electrodes were caked with salt deposits. While cleaning them off, one of the electrodes broke about halfway down. I noticed the electrodes were hollow - about a 3/16" diameter hole down the middle.
I found a small diameter screw from a toggle bolt assemble, cut the head of the screw off, cut the remaining threaded piece to about an inch long and used it to splice together the broken carbon electrode. I reasoned that the steel piece is only touching the carbon pieces, and not the wire leads, it should be ok/safe resistance-wise. I put everything back together again, and voila, the unit worked!

The probe won't measure the temperature, but it measures conductivity, pH and TDS accurately. 0.0 °C keeps flashing on the screen.

Is this probe in Robinair AC machine ? if so,the you neet to replase new one.because it seems to be broken ( probe tip sensor)
