Ondersteun de cranck en sla aan de bovenkant op de crack met een hamer. Het "schrik-effect" maakt de pendalen nu vaak los.

SOURCE: I have bought a Disney Princess 12

All small childrens small bikes have a pedal brake for stopping. So, it would not pedal backwards.

SOURCE: repair peddle on Huffy Incline 26

Try screwing it on by hand in both directions as one peddle screws in clockwise and the other anti-clockwise. If this still does not work look at the thread on the peddle and see if it looks threaded (damaged). If it does then you need a new peddle or set of peddles and a visit to your local bike shop can confirm this for you.

The chain has come off. Refit it onto the cogs then you will have drive back.

Vote for me if this helps, thanks.

SOURCE: i want to fix my friend bike, it skipps when she

check that the back wheel is fitted correctly. is it wobbly becasue it is buckled, or because it is not tight onto the bike.

if the wheel is buckled then it should go to a store to be straitened depends on how bad it is .

if not put bike upside down and undo the back wheel nuts a little, push the back wheel back as far as it will go without over tightening the chain and making sure it is central to the frame tighten the bolts back up. watch to make sure it is not slipping.

then put it into a middle gear and turn the peddles if you hear rattling in the chain or it changes gear use a small screw driver to set the changer to the middle of the got and it should be quieter in gear.

also do this for the front changer and make sure it doens not go to far our as this will pull the chain off.

if not sure take it to a bike store and ask advise they will tell you whant can be done and how much it would cost.

I hope this was useful

SOURCE: i have a huffy glacier

Assuming it is still almost new we can rule out worn drivetrain parts. Maybe some derailluer adjustments are in order.

If you had bought it at a real bike shop they would be responsible for making sure it functioned perfectly when you took possession and probably would have tuned it up for free after a reasonable break-in. I wouldn't place much faith in a department store being able to set it up right to start with nor resolve the issue now.

How do i install pedals

Right peddle has a right hand thread, normal, and left peddle has a left hand thread. On the left peddle you need to turn it clock wise to loosen it, counter clockwise to tighten

My son peddle came off i guess his bolt that holds the peddle together got worn out is there a replace part for it....i juss need the screw that holds it together he has a smartcycle bike the 1st 1 they...

Most peddles have to simply be replaced when the bolt is damaged. There is no way to replace the part. They have new peddles for all kinds of bikes at your local bike shop.

How do you get the E brake off?

I don't know if I can explain this correctly but I'll try. Some cars that have a foot peddle that activates the emergency brake when foot peddle is compressed. If there is not a brake release handle directly above the peddle, it might have a kind of spring release. Try pressing down on the peddle hard and then move your foot off and out of the way and it might spring back and release that way.

Recently bought the singer 2517 from a yard sale, I tried it out today and once you turn the power button on... it's like your pressing the peddle all the way down. It goes on its own. What do you think...

Hi,
Sounds like the variable power control (the pedal) is either stuck wide open or burned out.
Does the pedal push down and spring back when you push on it???
Good Luck !!!!!!!!!

Left peddel is stripped will not stay on

If it is the peddle that is threaded and not the crank then all you need to do is replace the peddle. Take the peddle off and look at the thread both on the peddle and inside the crank. Any bike shop can look at this for you and can order you in a set of new peddles or, if the crank is to blame you can order these easy enough online.

Brake lights

under the brake peddle is a switch. Lift the brake peddle upwards and you will see that the brake light goes out [requires two people; one to hold the peddle up, other to view the brake lights]. Restrengthen the spring tension on the brake peddle.

Should the lights remain ON after you lift the brake peddle up, unplug one of the wires to the brake peddle switch. At this point, the brake lights should be off. This basically will determine whether your switch is shorted or is just a peddle pressing down on the switch due to a bad spring.
