Close the boom mic , press the button and hold until blue light is solid and with your spare hand flip the boom mic back open and the light should remain on. "0000" is the default passkey

(mic FOLDED IN) flip out mic quickly and go to settins on phone and select bluetooth or connections and select find/add bluetooth device and select bond or pair enter passcode 0000.
select done and blue light should now be blinking indicating it was connected

when in off position push the central button until light comes on, open boom and the light should stay on.

Try using 0000 as it's the basic code for every bluetooth unless manually change. That is the factory default.
