The crisper drawers have water build up why?
The defrost drain in your refrigerator is clogged and the water is overflowing to your crisper drawers
There is a evaporator coil behind the plastic plate that faces you when you open the doors. the coil behind it may be partially frozen and the drain is clogged just below it. the Styrofoam behind the plate must come with it to gain access to the coil. You must unplug the wires connected on the left before you can work on the drain..
Moisture build up can happen when any of the door/draws are not sealing properly, check for obstructions or seal issues.
Adjust your settings for what you keep in there...and you should be able to solve the problem
