Don't know about keyboard but you can double click "My Computer" or "Computer", find your dvd drive icon, right click it, and towards the bottom of that menu that pops up, click "Eject" and done.

Why cantiopen my cd dvd tray from my keyboard ?

can you still open your cd dvd tray manually, if your answer is yes, then this would be a software issue, there would be times when part of software that controls the cd dvd device has been corrupted, so you may need to re install software to fix issue. If you cannot open tray manually, you may need to replace the cd dvd tray.

Why not open cd&dvd?

By opening what do you mean? Is it Tray or File? If Tray is not opening, Turn your Computer off, then insert a needle or a pin in the hole just beneath Tray and push the needle in slowly, after a few attempts, your Tray will open. But don't force, if you don't find yourself comfortable doing so, better call authorized service professional.

If it's about not opening Folder or File, there may be several reasons like dirty surface of CD/DVD, Corrupt File(s), Improperly created Sessions on CD/DVD etc etc. If this is the case, you may first try to clear the Surface of your CD or DVD with a soft cloth, slowly. If files or folders are not proper on your CD or DVD, or if you have incomplete writing sessions on your CD or DVD, you can not do anything to open them. Just create another CD or DVD. But if your CD or DVD is rewrite capable, you can format your CD or DVD and rewrite the data, but in this case your Data that's on your CD or DVD will vanish away.

If these things are tough,l please contact Authorized Service Center or your Computer Dealer.

How to get a dvd tray unstuck

There are two ways to open the CD/DVD drive door if the button just below the drive tray does not work.
Go to My Computer and right click on the drive and click on Eject.
If this does not work then you can manually open the CD/DVD drive tray by -
Straighten a paper clip and gently insert it into a tiny hole below the drive tray next to the Eject button. Push the paper clip gently until the drive tray pops out, then pull the tray until it is fully out, then you can remove the CD/DVD disc.
If you still having problem opening with the Eject button, then the CD/DVD drive is faulty and needs replacing.

Hp pavilion a705w. no peripheral response

The fact is *********** board is very likely the matter. See all devices that do not need the motherboard to respond are all working (cd/dvd tray opens and closes, fans are on etc). On the other hand all devices that need the motherboard to respond are not working (keyboard, optical mouse, etc). It is more or less conclusive.
