I have a manual, but cannot remove unwanted channels on my DP19649. How do I do this????

below the picture of the TV there are 3 tabs, you want the "downloads" tab. There you can download the Owner's Manual in PDF format.

This will absolutely work!!! You will just want to make sure that your tv is set to channel 60 or 73.

one way is to re scan your channels from the menu option but choose the manual channel search that way you can choose exacltly the channels you want.

RCA channel setup and selection is not easy to understand. You may try to add channel 3 on the add/remove channel section. If that doesn't work try pressing the input button. Good Luck.

No, I have not discovered a solution. But, I should not have to pay for something that should be explained in the instructions. I will just leave the unwanted channels on the remote until someone can tell me how to do it without charging me. I can understand charging for a very technical problem, but this should be simple. I have done it on many other remotes, but I can't seem to find the correct button to erase a channel.

I am disappointed in Radio Shack for not explaining how to solve this problem.
