How do I get the firmware to find the alarm clock settings?

You probably need the firmware update from Aluratek, look at the Support->KnowledgeBase page on their website

The major alarm is a message sent for the system to the admin phone. it can be anything from a power reset to a clocking issue with the CPU card.To reset the warning press the Spcl button then 019.Keep an eye on the warning codes to see if it re-appears.

this is internal speaker control volume defect, please send to repair shop for repair.

The problem appears to have resolved itself. The oly changes I made to the smartphone was to power it off and insert 16GB mini SD memory card. Since powering back up I have not had the alarm warning.

if u r using windows xp then u can solve it by doin dis..
click start>control panel>performance n maintance>
power option>alarms....
then u can set ur alarms accordin to u...
