How do I get the firmware to find the alarm clock settings?

The computer keeps sending a warning that the firmware can not find the alarm clock settings. I have searched and can't find an answer anywhere.

My phone display shows the message: Warning! Major Alarm. Is my phone no good, do I need to replace it?

The major alarm is a message sent for the system to the admin phone. it can be anything from a power reset to a clocking issue with the CPU card.To reset the warning press the Spcl button then 019.Keep an eye on the warning codes to see if it re-appears.

Cannot turn off the alarm

The problem appears to have resolved itself. The oly changes I made to the smartphone was to power it off and insert 16GB mini SD memory card. Since powering back up I have not had the alarm warning.
