How can I delete multiple calls from call list?

View a Call List Entry
1. Press CALLS when the handset is not in

Save a Call List Entry to the

Delete a Call List Entry

Delete all Call List Entries
• Press MENU when the handset is not in use.
Scroll to Call log and then press SELECT.
Scroll to Delete all and then press SELECT

To delete a Message, open the Message app.
Click Edit.
An empty circle will appear to the left of each message.
Click the circle to the left of a message you want to delete.
The circle will fill-in with blue color, along with a white check mark.
At the bottom of the list, to the right, click Delete.
The message will be deleted.
Repeat this process for other messages.
You can select multiple messages first, the click Delete to delete multiple messages at the same time.

Select the contact(s) you want to delete and click Remove from campaign orRemove from account under Actions. To delete multiple addresses at the same time check the boxes beside contacts and delete them by selecting the removal action from the Actions list at the bottom of the page.

You should be able to do this by going into call history and delete by name in groups there.

What browser do you use? There is a folder in your user profile on the computer called favorites which you could delete, this however would clear out absolutely everything. Would need to know what operating system you are using to give you directions on how to do that. If you go to the folder, you can select multiple items for deletion at the same time by holding down the "CTRL" key and clicking on each link you want to get rid of. Once you have selected all the items you want to delete, release the "CTRL" key and then press "delete"

I assume the multiple messages you refer to are email messages.
If so, you can delete multiple messages as follows:
1. For messages listed one above the other in a row, use you mouse to select the first message so that is is highlighted. Then hold down your shift key and select the last message in your continuous list of messages. All the messages from the first to the last should now be highlighted (i.e., selected). While in this mode with the messages highlighted, press the delete key on your keyboard, or alternately, use your mouse and select the delete icon at the top of the email screen (it looks like a trash can).
You can also just drag the selected emails while holding the shift key down into your system trash.
2. For multiple messages that are not in a continuous list, while holding down the option key, use your mouse to highlight each message by clicking on it. When all the messages you wish to delete are selected, as above, press the delete key on your keyboard or use you mouse to select the delete button at the top of the email screen.

These instructions are for when you are using the apple mail program. It will likely work with other mail programs.

okay you have it on threaded view. all you have to do is go to your inbox and click options, it should say delete return call general view and multiple delete and delete all. youu want to click general view and there you go.

Menu, Settings, Calls(5), General(1), Auto Reject(2), Reject List, Edit, Go to # rejected, Push Uncheck, Options, Save, Exit out!
jw8107 had what the manual said. Compleatly wrong.

Use the USB connector to link your MP3 player to your PC.
1. Go to start button down in the lower left hand corner of computer screen.
2. Go to my computer and double click.
3. Find the device you want to delete songs from and double click.
(the name of the device should show up on that menu screen)
4. Should a folder come up after you double click do the same to that as well.
Once inside your folder you should be able to delete any music file inside of it by right clicking and clicking on the delete option. To delete multiple songs in this file hold down the Ctrl button on you keyboard and click once on each song you choose to delete. Once you have selected all the songs right click and delete those files.

Side note: When in the list screen (list of all your music) if you click in the view tab up above you can change the way your music files and instead of "icons" you shouold change the viewing style to "list" it will be faster to delete multiple files faster this way.

That just deletes the messages. Thanks for trying though! I want to get rid of the "recent recipient" list because there are people on there that I don't send to anymore and there is no reason for them to be on there as options. call me obsessive, I just like being tidy.
