On a babylock elegante the bobbin thread shows,

On my babylock elegante the bobbin thread shows, I've tried everything!!!!!! I've tried changing needles, pulling several yards off of new bobbin thread, tried different bobbin threads, black bobbin threads, rethreading and taken the needle plate off and cleaned well, putting my thread rack off to the side and threading differently, nothing helps.

Have you reset the tensions for this machine, look in your manual and follow directions. If this is an Elegante there is also a set of instructions on the machine. On the LCD screen there is a picture of a sewing machine with a question mark, touch it, find Troubleshooting and touch that then find the problem you are having and read. If this does not help take it to a Brother dealer and have it reset so as to keep you machine in good running order.

My babylock melody is jamming

f your Babylock Melody machine is jamming, there are several things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the needle: Make sure the needle is the correct size and type for the fabric you are using. If the needle is bent or damaged, it may be hitting the bobbin case, causing the machine to jam.
  2. Re-thread the machine: Make sure the upper and bobbin threads are properly threaded through all the guides and tension discs. Sometimes re-threading the machine can resolve jamming issues.
  3. Check the bobbin: Make sure the bobbin is loaded correctly and that the thread is wound evenly. An unevenly wound bobbin can cause the machine to jam.
  4. Clean the machine: Dust and lint can build up in the hook race and other parts of the machine, causing it to jam. Clean the machine thoroughly to remove any debris.
If the issue persists, it may be necessary to have the machine serviced by a professional. A technician will be able to diagnose the issue and make any necessary repairs to get your Babylock Melody running smoothly again.

Babylock enterptise embroidery machine. bobbin thread stitches get pulled up to top of fabric. How do I adjust tension to fix this problem?

Bobbin thread showing on top side means the top thread tension is too high or there is too little or no bobbin thread tension.

Be sure the bobbin thread has not escaped the bobbin thread tension spring.

If the bobbin thread is in its tension spring, there will some resistance when you pull the bobbin thread.

Select top thread tension 2, lower presser foot and pull on top thread. Tension should be similar to bobbin thread.

WHAT DO I DO TO GET MY BABY LOCK ELLURE ESL TO PICK UP THE BOBBIN THREAD?

You have your bobbin inserted into the machine spinning in the wrong direction. take the bobbin out and flip it over and wind around needle plate guide and cut. Look at the little pictogram on the plastic part of the machines throat plate. It shows which direction the thread should spin off the spool when you drop the top loading bobbin into the bobbin case.

Bobbin jam babylock 1506

Ooo ouch! sounds like you have a pretty bad timing problem and or a damaged bobbin case. Since it is a baby lock I would suggest taking it in for repair.

Babylock espire bobbin sensor not working

This is normally caused by lint in the bobbin area, the lint blocks the sensor causing it to be blind. Try cleaning the area and see if that helps.

Tension settings for the babylock sewing machine

I found that the tension setting of 1 worked. The main problem was the machine had thread wound around behind the bobbin. I had to take the plates that are under the foot out, clean out the thread, oil the machine and use a spool of thread that had more weight than the little spool I was trying to use.
