Don't know pin on my nextbook 7 ....how can I reset it

My child cant remember her pin code she put on and I wouldn't have a clue . is it possible to reset the tablet

Do a hard reset!

Turn the unit off. Press and hold both the power button and the volume button at the same time, until the little yellow-green android robot comes on the screen. You can then release the buttons. You will eventually get a menu (this took a while to come up). Use the Volume button to scroll down to "Reset to Factory Standards", and select by pressing the power button. You`ll get a message asking you if you`re sure you want to do this. Use Power button again to select "yes". It will set the unit back to what it was like when brand new.

My nextbook 7 is frozen on the home screen after i put a different charger in, what do it do ?

Try using the reset switch (a small hole in the case) put a straightened paperclip or a pin very gently through the hole until yuo meet a resistance. Press very gently and this will reset the tablet.

If you synced your tablet with your computer you can restore the device with the computer you last synced with. it allows you to reset the password and re sync your data or restore the back-up. Or you can do a master reset by holding the power button and down volume until the menu appears then choose restore factory reset, you will loose all apps that you have downloaded. remember to remove the SD card before you do the reset.

How do i rest my next7p12tablet

there is a little pin hole on the back just below power & volume button, put a small pin into it and press the pin into that hole. that should reset the tablet. Also press power & volume buttons at the same time and should bring up the menu, hit reset. Hope that helps.
