Can not log in right using my username and password
Every router I have ever seen allows you to reset the configuration to factory default - but not allow you to retrieve a forgotten password and maintain your settings at the same time. This is often referred to a "factory" or "hard" reset.
When you initiate a factory / hard reset, typically by pressing & holding a button on the router - or behind an opening in the router case - all the changes you've made to it will be returned to the factory default. Wifi becomes "open" with no password (on most devices), the login username / password also go back to default settings (common ones are: admin / admin, admin / password, <blank> / admin, <blank / password, etc.). Consult your router's set up guide or online documentation to learn what the factory / hard reset procedure and the default settings.
Once you gain access to the setup pages of the router, configure it as best as you can remember, and lock it down with good security settings. At minimum - this should include changing the router's username / password, the WiFi's SSID and do not broadcast it, add WPA or WPA2 encryption and secure it with a security key (use a mix of numbers, letters, symbols etc.).
I suggest recording the settings on paper and then tape it to the bottom of the router. There it will remain out of sight - but ready when you need it.
Good luck!

Reset the router to factory defaults by putting in a push-in in the small hold at the back of the router. You should then be able to login using the default password. Default password should be in the user manual.
